Military Chest - possible Regency period - HELP PLS

Hi all
Have an aunt that has this 2 piece military chest - could be Regency period not sure with brass corners and flush brass handles but 2 of the locks are missing the brass fitting and there are no keys has turned feet could be either mahogany or teak.
She's looking to sell it - no idea of what its worth... she spoke to someone who said around R 45 000.
Anyone here able to assist?
I read on earlier threads and emailed ct@ctn.sothebys.co.za - but mail came back undelivered - domain not found.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
