Mass produced print of a Fisherman.

I have listed this picture but I cannot make out the name on the print and a google search gives me a few pictures but only one with the same name.
Does anyone recognise the name please?

All I can say is it looks Dutch.

You are spot on Mandy. I cannot make out the name but one picture on google has the same letters as the one I have so the names must be the same. We have established it is a mass produced Dutch painting but I want to find the name on mine.

I have an old oil - something like Williams scribbled on it. Haven't been brave enough to search yet.

Will do a quick Google now - problem is Hennie framed it and he's covered a bit of the name. It's William F something or other (I think ... LOL)

well we been looking all day and have found only a handful of pictures of this print and most are variations of it in otherwords there are some rugs (woolen) recreations and some attempts at copying it and some other tapestries of the picture but nothing definate.

The picture here is off a website but look at the name in this picture compared t my picture, it looks like the same name.
