We have never sold original art before and are pretty excited.

I wish I could have kept it for myself. :-)

Painting sold for R950. His other paintings sold between R4000 - R7000 on other auction sites.

I don't think you should expect much for art on Bidorbuy unless the artist is really well known and the artist works have proved to be an outstanding investment for example Adriaan Boshoff , Hennie Niemann , Errol Boyley , Christiaan Nice etc .
There is so much good quality art on offer in the site that unless the painting is really something sought after , chances are , you will receive disappointing bids.
