    Default Claerhout paintings

I'm sure this has been asked before. I see a lot of Claerhout paintings on auction nowadays. How do I know that I'm getting the real deal and not a fake ? Thank you

Read all the threads under "Art" on the forum. You'll get the picture! (Pardon the pun!)

There has been a great deal discussed on this forum - as well as in the press - about Claerhout paintings.

Here are some links to threads on the forum - some of which have links to press articles.

Agree with Miems' comment, but want to add - don't let the ratings influence you too much.
