Unable to unblock a user

Hi

Please help bob - I am unable to unblock a user that I blocked. I click on the box next to the users name, and then click unblock. It then asks me to confirm I wish to unblock the user which I accept however the user remains blocked. The user in question is Erika69

Please look into this

Hi there,

I had a look at your blocked users and could not find the user mentioned? Did you manage to unblock the user? I also tested the interface and did not experience any difficulty unblocking users. Will monitor and see if anyone else report problems.

You possibly looked at the GAMU Trading account. It is in the Seeds for Africa Account.

I had the same issue yesterday, I had to get admin to unblock a buyer for me.
