Haai you all.
This truly local forum is one, weird, wonderful place.
Getting to know somebody entails getting to know - at some time during the early stage of the conversation, the person's gender too. Why? There is NO way that I want to talk to someone here about a woman-thingy, without knowing it is a woman. Period.
My husband vaguely mentioned something to me which happened to him a while ago...... About a "mistaken gender identity." I understand that odd dilemma he had only now. Knowing your gender will surely remove the awkwardness that one experience as a newcomer like me.
Am I making sense to you?
My I kindly ask those of you who have no names in your profiles and clearly "genderless" names..... Please, just very briefly lift you username-kilt for a split second - just to show us your real gender - and say if you are a lady etc. please?
They say somewhere in Hamlet or some play..... I think?: "To smile, or not to smile; in that lies the sweet answer......"
Like my husband always says: Are you a pussycat a slapstick or a hotdog? (Whatever that means?!)
Thank you so much.
RL

Me too am a girlie, girlie, yippee, but must admit that it isn't too hard to tell which members are boy-pies, hahaha, looks like my spell checker has a crisis, just look how it spelled boy'tjies and which are girlies!
