2. click on "delete browsing history"

3 ensure that the "temporary internet files" and 'cookies' tabs are ticked.

4 refresh browser by pressing "f5" a few times.

Did everything you said, but the error message is the little yellow triangle with a ! in it, and 'Error on page'. Trying to bid on penny2007

I became frustrated with the error displaying on the bottom of the page. I eventually gave up for a few minutes after that I was successful.
