What's happened to the forum?

When I joined the forum, it was real fun! Everyone would have a crack at someone else (in jest) and many replies were extremely funny! No matter what the thread or topic was, it used to drift into new ones and no one complained, it really was good to log on! On occasions the topics/threads were spread over 2 pages! Lately, it seems everyone is complaining about this or that and having a go at each other for trivial things!!??! Lets face it, laughter IS the best medicine! What has happened? Yes, there are always the same old faithfuls who add their bit and is much appreciated, but even so, it's not what it was! I love all on the forum, even qball and Mac! C'mon folks lets add some zest once again get online and lets do it!!

Month end always sends me into a frenzy - I do accounting jobs. That's enough to make anyone to loose their sense of humour.
Wayne is planning the next Earth's Magnetic Failure seminar.
Voldemort, I know, is listing as many Buy Now's as she possibly can.
Lilly is protecting Chickenman from cats that stand and stare. Of course that is only when she is not "escorting" men about town.
Mr Aerospace was last seen at Builder's Warehouse (supposedly looking for Lilly who had run-off - yeah right!).
MsPlod has been dancing in the rain.
Fairy is out in the garden scratching for nuts. She should really be posting a large format image of her avatar so that MsPlod and I can see what exactly it is (we think it is two little kittens).
Mr Admin is busy with target practice - but he has Wayne's eye on the BoB forum, checking that we behave.
Cuan is doing all the things he needs to and not much of what he wants to.
MacMuffin is so busy making changes that no-one can keep up.
Miems is working her bottom off catching up on work that accumulated while she lazed about in bed doing zippo for a few days.
GeeWhizz is deciding what to take to market.
StudMuffin'sMissis is driving around in circles.
Some members have been walking about with too many coins in their knickers.
SAPO could be on strike again. It's very hard to tell these days.
Then there's the time-consuming negativity surrounding Buy Now's taking over the universe.
And you Staccato! You've been up to a lot of mischief - lots of chat about that on the forum.
The stars are aligned for perfect mayhem for the next week or two, so we better just close the doors and switch off the power.

I see some members have been busy lighting fires and getting the big black pots ready. Pity SMM has got a full time job - she could have made a fortune selling wooden spoons.

Chickenman doesn't need protection from cats - he bosses 6 of them around, even when they gang up together and circle him they know not to get too close! But Chickenman loves Scott Balson with a passion and will take on anyone who tries to butter up Scott (or annoy him) without first consulting with The Beak.

And I'm looking like an octopus with extra arms...
1) run the BoB side of things (all the usual and then some)
2) work with "new" stock to decide what must go online and what can be packed
3) sort through 11 years of accumulated stuff and toss / donate / sell / pack
4) arrange everything related to the sale of the PE house
5) arrange everything related to the purchase of the OH house
6) get quotes for some DIY work to be finished around the PE house
7) get quotes from removal companies
8) all everyday "housewife" duties (excluding the luxuries as there is no time)
9) change of all debit orders on three accounts (changed banks)
10) change of address (thank heavens' I already have a new PO Box in OH)
11) start packing
12) keep on adding stuff to the "to do" list!

I know there is more, but the brain is currently like a bowl of porridge... I need coffee... and lots of it! *yawn*

If anyone is looking for me, I've run away! LOL

Another 13 days. Soon Very soon, ALL will be back to normal on the forum Staccato. Edmund will be back on the 24th of November!! Only then the forum will be "Normal" again. Oh, I forgot, Retailrush too!
