Default What is going on today?

After a worrisome day that Hellkom were not providing service I eventually decided I had better check the plugs - sure as little green apples grow on trees, a plug had somehow been knocked loose.

I blamed one of the cats until MrAerospace came clean a few minutes ago and told me he had been fiddling (yes, again!) with the fax machine and he thinks he must have knocked it loose.

I apologise for my evil thoughts directed at Hellkom today and am now convinced that Old Timer's and being blond is my problem!

Makes me wonder how many other things Mr A has let the poor cats take the blame for

Lily is even more unplugged today! Nothing to do with the internet. Have to attend a friend's funeral. Have known her since my school days and she's been a partner with me in the shop in Grahamstown.

Blessings to you all. It has been a sad day.

But it is so important that there is a memorial service - one doesn't need the coffin standing in front of everyone. Just a memorial service suffices to remember the better, happy times. I was very tearful through the first half of the minister's "sermon" but then I glanced at the lady sitting next to me (whom I know well) and she had dozed off - that stopped my tears and made me smile.
