I just received this via Q&A:

Ruthie - was just wondering if you EVER really refund people for these FAKE goods? Its now 2.5 YEARS later and I have NEVER received my refund for the odd paid (maybe 'pair) airclips and NEITHER the steel rings????

My reply:

The only item you ever bid/won was auction xxxxxxx in January of 2009. In June, you contacted me saying the stone was losing its color and I sent a replacment, which you acknowledged receiving. FAKE goods? The ring was advertised as ZrO2 (cubic zirconia), so not sure where you get fake. It was NEVER advertised as being a genuine garnet. Insofar as airclips or steel rings....you didnt buy them from me. And, yes, I do send replacements if item is damaged / lost in transit (as long as insured) and even, in your instance, 6-months after you received the item.

...and I didn't even ask that the ring be returned first.

CW has 'real' concerns (as well as more than a few 'doozies') to address / resolve. I don't want them to have to look at something three years old and wonder who unlocked the door to my padded cell.

(shaking head still) At least I'll have an easier time reading while I fall asleep. My head, and eyes, will already be moving back and forth across the Kindle screen.

just to put the matter STRAIT : YOU HAVE NEVER REPLACED ANY OF MY ORDERS!!! NEITHER HAVE YOU GIVEN ME THE REFUND - I STILL HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL E-MAILS WHEREIN YOU STATED THAT MY REFUND WAS DONE - BUT NEVER RECEIVED!!! THE ODD PAIR AIRCLIPS WERE A GIFT AFTER I HAD TO WAIT 3 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER!!! I JUST WANT PROSPECTIVE BUYERS TO SEE THROUGH YOUR FACADE!!! YOU CROOKED ME!!!

ANY of her orders? One, a ring, which I replaced. She never bid/won earrings (earclips). What email? Perhaps one where I offered to refund or send a replacment. Sheesh....who keeps email for three years? And, above all....after THREE YEARS? I don't know WHAT her problem is, but it is HER problem.

Message via Q&A deleted. Out of sight - out of mind. I am NOT one to get into a 'peeing contest' and I 'sure as shootin'' am not getting into one over......this.
