How to communicate to seller now?

Hi,

Im quite new to bob and have a slight problem.

I saw a product for auction and nobody had bid on it, so I posted a question asking the selle if he would be willing to accept less if it does not get sold.

The auctioned closed, item was not sold due to nobody bidding. The seller replied saying he would be willing to, if im still interested I must let him know and he will put it up on bob for our agreed price as a buy now.

So since the auction has closed I cant ask another question and I do not see an update question button, he also has no other products for sale and when I try PM him on the forum it says the username does not exist.


So now how can I let this seller know I am still interested and want to purchase the product and he should put it up for sale as a buy now?

Get hold of BOB customer service and ask them to email him for you. I got an email a week ago this way from a buyer and we had a sale.

Just bear in mind that tomorrow is a public holiday so you will probably only get a response on Thursday.
