Change of banking details

I have recently retired and had to get out of expensive banks. I now have an account with Capitec, which is a much more user-friendly bank.
My problem is that I can't find a place on BoB to have my bank details changed. I am afraid that if i sell an item, the buyer will get my old banking details. Please help.

OK so I should read the fine print first.
