    Question Editing an open Auction

    Hi

Hope someone can help. I can't seem to find a way to edit an open auction. It already has 3 bids so I cannot delete and start over.

All that I need to do is add original images of the item, instead of the stock images I originally used.

    Any ideas?

    Christopher

Hi Christopher, unless you delete all the bids(not recommended) there's nothing you can do

Advice from catzcan is spot on. Once there are bids on an item it cannot be "amended".

If there is a serious problem with your listing then you can delete all the bids (but this does make some buyers furious!) and you may have a lot of explaining and placating to do.

Thought as much. Would Admin object to me posting them as a thread in the forums? I have bidders interested in seeing the condition of the item.
