Hi, when the new database was rolled out a while ago we were promised that it was on BoB's list of things "to do" that we would be able to create a drop down list of templates to choose from and perhaps only adding a tracking number to the chosen template and then send that to the buyer. That would really save us a lot of time, because now we have to either copy and paste or type out the entire standard "your item has been posted" message.
