  • Unfair to Buyers

    I recently purchased a phone which was advertised as "NEAT AND EXCELLENT CONDITION". I paid within hours of winning the bid. The seller then gave me a positive rating based on my prompt payment. I received the phone 10 days later - it was filthy and the keypad was faulty. I rated the seller with a negative rating based on the poor condition of the phone.
    The seller then changed my positive rating to negative which caused me to lose 2 points. This was extremely spiteful on their part. I now lose my 100% rating based on this spiteful seller's attitude.

    Generally speaking we do not intervene in ratings, unless there is extenuating circumstances, if you feel the rating was received unfairly you can contact, with an explanation of the events. We may at our discretion remove the rating should we find that there has been rating abuse.
