  • Problem with priority listings

I may be mistaken but I think there may be a problem?

Maybe BOB could have a look into it for me.

We have about 10 listings on the Crazy Wed Auction that are promoted as such:

    Priority
    Category Page featured
    Paid Promotion

If I go to the Crazy Wednesday auction, non of those listings are in the Priority Featured section.....I only find them in the Featured listings section.

Same effect if I go to Items RAG are selling...All listings are under the heading "Featured Listings".

    Assistance would be much appreciated.

Ok, let me draw a picture, because hello@bidorbuy.co.za proved just as useful as the no replies here.

How do I get my listings under this heading: >>>

I wondered about this the other day too.

From my observations it seems that:

These are Premium Listing items. R100 fee.
They show as Premium Listings on the front page as well as Priority Featured Listings on the category pages.
Home page listings (R50 fee) show as featured listings on the category pages below these.
After this follows Priority listings and then Regular listings.
        Items I have on offer

Veni, Vidi, Vendor - I came, I saw, I registered as a seller

Apologies for the lack of response, we sometimes do not respond to threads in the Selling section, this should rather be posted under Feedback to bidorbuy.

oryxza is correct - this depends on whether you have opted for home page and premium listing options.

          Kind regards
          Cuan
