  • Webpage has expired

    Hi All,

This "Webpage has expired" error started happening to me last week after I viewed an item on bidorbuy and press the back button. Anyone else have the same problem ?

Running Win XP PRO and IE 8, fully updated....

ME, ME, ME!!!! I'm experiencing this for the past two or so months. Only when I'm home at night (on the 3G) it does this but during the day at work (also 3G) - it doesn't!

Try reloading your page, that should work.

Believe it or not!! It is working now - no more "web page has expired".

Did somebody cast a secret spell?

Not fun when you do a lot of browsing My "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option is disabled in Internet options. Just trying to find out if I am the only one, if not, a tag has to be placed in the header of the .asp Web page by the bidorbuy developer.

I'm using Firefox with no problems, so must be settings in your browser, or something on your computer, as it doesn't look like it's a common problem for everyone. @BumbleBee, i agree IE sucks, but Firefox rules;)

Have had the problem a few times lately. I just push the forward / backward buttons (IE) and it recovers.

                Regards

Firefox is just so much better, it's more secure, it's faster, it's more reliable.
It's customisable with add-ons to make your web-life so much easier.
Any bugs that there might be are fixed very quickly so as not to inconvenience the users.
You guys should really give it a shot, since I starting using it about three years ago, I've never looked back.
