    Default BobPay Payments Received

    Hi there,

    Please advise if the BobPay Payments received page is updated retro? I've received about 10 payments emails for today 09/02/2012 and the fee account history page shows same. However, if I select "Payments Completed" on the "Payments Received" page for the period 08/02/2012 - 09/02/2012 only one payment which was received on the 08/02/2012 appears?

    Hi there

    I hope this is the correct thread.

    I have received proof of payment from 2 buyers, showing that they have paid via BOBPAY EFT on the 22nd and 23rd February 2012 respectively, yet the payment does not reflect on the system yet. Both buyers paid from Standard Bank.

    Is there any reason why these payments are taking so long to reflect on the system?

    Unfortunately there is a delay with Standard Bank, particularly over month end/pay day. This does happen from time to time, as they cannot process payments quickly enough, so it causes a delay, as soon as the funds clear you will be notified. We apologise for the delay, it is unfortunately out of control.
