The R10 has to be manually credited to your account, once it has been received into our bank account, this can take a couple of days.

Okay thanks I thought that since it has shown in my bank, it should have already been cleared on your side.

Hmmm, im not sure this BobPay is working..

Yesterday i requested a payout and it shows on BoB but not in my bank, and i also have had R10 deducted from my bank(3-4days ago) but has not been credited to my BoB account.. In total this is about R200 which i dont want to loose......

Hi Fr3aksta,

You should get an answer by Monday at the latest. Payout is usually within a couple of days as it is done manually by the accounts department. As you submitted your request so close to the weekend it might take a bit longer.
