Example - we have a big job lot which can not be combined with anything because of its size. However it can be shipped for, lets say R60. This is stated in BOLD on the listing.
What does the shipping function do once the buyer completes his order? It Takes the big job lots shipping first (because it is the highest shipping value) and combines all other products to the job lot. Very annoying, because the buyer pays, but not enough....shipping is under paid. (Of course buyers wont take the to correct the shipping). This then causes a week (maybe two) of trying to get the buyer to pay the correct amount in our personal bank account.
Now if the shipping option for the job lot was ticked as "Can not combine", the system could add R60 for the big job lot parcel, and the total amount for the other parcel which contains all the other items.
I dont know if that made sense, but just some thoughts....
