This is the message on the message screen “Create a message that will be attached to the order and emailed to the buyer” When will this message be send to the buyer, when we complete it or when the buyer complete his order and what about subsequent messages, when will this be send of to the buyer. We send them a congrats email with relevant info but they are then still allowed to combine and maybe later a payment reminder but if the buyer did not complete his/her order when will this messages be send

Messages are sent to the buyer the moment you click the 'Save and Email Message' button on the message form. You can save and send a message whether or not the buyer has completed an auction order. So you may want to send a message encouraging them to complete the order, or answering a question they may have about completing the order.

If you subsequently 'edit' a message you can decide whether or not you want the message emailed to the buyer again.

I know I asked it before but are there no way you can provide us with space for at least 3 templates at the message send to buyer egg I would use it for congrates of winning with standard first info a second for reminder to pay and a last template were we can provide the buyer with the tracking number and the info as to how to track the parcel. Other sellers might use the template messages for something else but if we do want to send the buyer a email via BOB there are at least 3 pre formulated messages to choose from that we do send out regularly.

If that is implemented, it would probably be best to allow the seller to send the template / message to multiple buyers, rather than just one at a time.

Hello Andy

I have just come across some issues that I feel need to be looked at in the new tool.

Would it be possible to add one more order status option?

I currently use the following options:
No status for new orders
First Reminder
Second Reminder
Third Reminder
Payment Received
Parcel Posted

I tried to export just the orders that I have payment for so that I have a list to pack, but I see that it exports everything. Would it be possible that the export could be tailored according to the order status option as well as the other options already available?

Other than this, this tool is really awesome and I'm really enjoying getting to know it and use it properly. It's really making my bookkeeping alot easier.
