Surely one must be able to lodge a complain at the CPA to enquire how on earth do you work with a post office service such as this????

Yeah a round trip. Looks like someone at Witspos HUB looked at the wrong end and has sent it back to the sender.

This parcel is marked clearly to an address in Westcliff! I just do not need this in life right now! There is no explanation on the webpage.. I sent two parcels off exactly the same day at the exactly the same post office same time. One gets delivered the other does not. What hassles me more is that the person is not answering their cell phone they not replying to emails either. Maybe I am just upset about other happenings in my life at the moment that I am taking this far to seriously!

Well considering that Witpos is known for being the most useless and corrupt hub Im not surprised, they were too busy making parcels vanish to send yours to the correct place.

I think the person who handled your parcel, asecon, needs new glasses - or a new brain!

This has happened to me twice in the past - but, fortunately, with parcels addressed to me and not parcels which I've sent to someone else!

The postal system is pathetic just look at this one, I even got notifications as it bounced around between the hub and 2 post offices

I've always had bad experiences with this post office - I now warn buyers & advise them to choose the courier option rather..

This morning first thing before any other appointment I contacted the customer service at the post office. I just flew off the handle when I the person answered the phone. The reply was it was being transported back to where it must go today. There apparently is no explanation. I shall carry on fighting the post office I am not going to throw in the towel as I carefully choose my battles. Thank fully the buyer is quite understanding about the matter as well.
