What is the use of having shipping options/calculations if a buyer is allowed to ignore it?
Even if you say in your add (Shipping options) that "when This item is bought it MUST be the primary item from where the other shipping has to be worked out from" Customers is allowed to ignore this and force you to send items at the lower calculated rates?

Johann, I'm afraid you have missed the point completely. The issue that Micca had has to do with what is fair and reasonable for the buyer, not your shipping charges. The buyer did not ignore this.

You are willing to throw away buyers because of R30, after the buyer has bought a few items from you before, as good buyer. Instead of giving the buyer attitude, rather do what is right and fair and offer them good service and less attitude.
