Default I sold my first item on bob how does the payment work now

I sold my first item on bob yesterday, it shows the client checked out, she asked me what the postage will be and I informed her.

Now how does the payment work, does she pay directly to me or to bob and when will I know that she did pay if to bob?

I realy dont want to mess my first sale up..

    Please help!!!!!

I did also check everything and cant seem to figure it out.
My shipping charges is also set for 3% cant you put the postage with automatically?

When I click on the payment option viewing, it shows this...

Basic sellers are limited to accept payments from buyers through bobPay EFT only.

So does the money go to bob? And if so how do I know when the buyer did pay?

    Thanx for helping!!

Another silly question : Do they give payment details to the buyer?

And cant you add your shipping charges to each item, so you dont have to discuss that with the buyers. I did look at shipping charges and the setup thereof, but you cant put a fixed amount in there.

    How do you do yours?

When you go to your selling page, you will be able to see the order that was placed and the following info will appear, The green tick in the round circle (does not appear on this page now - but go and have a look) shows you that the payment was made and that you can ship the goods with the assurance that the buyer did in fact paid for the article

    5 items for R80.00 + R35.00 shipping

    bobPay - EFT R115.00 payment completed - 9 Oct 12:09

bob eft gives the buyer a reference number starting with the digit "3". The buyer uses this number to transfer the money in the bob account.

If you look at your sellig page on the left there is an option :shipping charges" where you can go and "create" and capture your charges

No - you indicated in an earlier post that you spoke to her about the shipping. She will need to add it to the R395.00. If he / she doesn't pay for the shipping, you send her a kind mail and ask her for the shipping fees.

DO NOT post until you get the correct amount
