    Default Confusing SAPO Parcel Tracking!!!

    Hi... Im tracking my international parcel which I should get though SAPO. Here is the tracking output:

    TRACKING
    LINE
    TYPE DATE TIME BRANCH COMMENTS
    1 In transit 2012/04/25 15:14 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)
    2 In transit 2012/04/23 22:52 WITSPOS (HUB)
    3 In transit 2012/04/23 09:01 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)
    4 Incomming International 2012/04/20 05:34 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

    Does anyone know why the parcel went back to the JHB Mail Center??? is that normal? or something is wrong?

    I agree with Miems I would phone them but sometimes things like this do happen.

    I posted a parcel to Bloemfontein once - it arrived - no problem and then somehow went all the way back to JHB and then back to Bloemfontein. On another occasion I posted a parcel to Durban and it went to Durbanville Cape Town then got re-routed to Durban.

    Finally.. I got it... After 10 days from arriving to the customs...
    Maybe its normal I don't know...
    None of the phone calls did any good... It was a waste of time and airtime :-)
    I'm just happy I finally got it.
